Crisp and crunchy textured potatoes
is one of the highlights and popular starter of barbeque nation served just before the main course.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take baby potatoes wash well then put in a pressure cooker add some water and 1/2tsp salt and boiled them for 2 whistles.
Then remove the potatoes, press and flatten slightly with palm or any katori. keep aside.
* Step 2
In a bowl take corn flour,refined flour and salt mix them.gradually add water and make a semi thin batter
Take a pan add oil when oil gets hot dip the potatoes in the batter and place them into the hot oil.
* Step 3
Fried them both side till they turn golden and crisp. Keep aside.
* Step 4
In another bowl take mayonnaise add all spices mention above. Mix well forming a smooth paste add
3-4 tbsp milk or as required and prepare a smooth flowing consistency
* Step 5
On serve, place the fried potatoes in a plate pour the generous amount of prepared sauce all over them.
* Step 6
Sprinkle little bit chopped onion,paprika powder and chopped coriander leaves. Serve and enjoy.
