Barley flour vegetables paratha is a delicious,healthy and nutritious recipe . Barley is a high source of fiber and this flour is actually good in controlling blood sugar. The fiber in barley can help improve digestion.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a thali or bowl take barley flour,wheat flour and gram flour. Add salt,all powder spices and kasuri methi.mix well. Add ghee and mix again.
* Step 2
Take chopped veggies add all into flour.mix all very well then gradually add water and make a soft dough.cover and keep it for rest for 10 minutes.
* Step 3
Make medium size balls from the dough. Dust some flour on rolling board and roll the ball gently.
Heat a pan and place the paratha on the pan. Cook on medium flame for a minute.
* Step 4
Flip it and add some oil around it and cook from both side till it turn golden. Cook all paratha. Serve with mango pickles.
