Kashmiri Pink Tea

Kasmir is famous for its beautiful landscapes but there are more awesome things related to the region of Kashmir valley which is Pink tea which is also known as onion chai or gulabichai for its unique pink color. It is a traditional drink with delicious flavor .
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a sauce pan take 2 cups of water add tea leaves, and bring it to a boil. add salt, cardamom, and cinnamon stick.
* Step 2
After boiled for 7-8 minutes add soda and stir continuously with a ladle. Boil until water is reduced by half quantity.
* Step 3
Now add 1 cup of chilled water and let it boil again for 4-5 minutes. then strain it. keep aside
* Step 4
Take another pan add milk and sugar then bring it to a boil. after coming to a boil add 1/4 cup of prepared tea and give it a boil. pour in the cup and enjoy.
Keep the Rest of the tea in the refrigerator for after-use.
