Spinach fritters

#WIN #WEEK6 Spinach has lots of nutrition value, it is a good source of iron. Spinach is used in different recipe. Spinach fritters is tasty crispy and easy snacks.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First separate the spinach leaves then wash them very well.keep in a strainer to remove excess water.

In a mixing bowl add gram flour,semolina and corn flour. mix together.add all powder spices.mix and add little by little water and make a smooth semi thin lumps free batter.cover and Keep aside for 10-15 minutes

* Step 3

After 15 minutes.take a kadhai add oil and heat the oil very well.take the batter if it looks more thick add little water.now add baking soda add 1 tsp hot oil in the batter mix immediately. Dip the spinach leaves in the batter and put into the hot oil.deep fry on medium to high flame.

* Step 4

Deep fry on medium to high flame until they turn crisp and golden.transfer into paper napkin.fry all into batches.serve with green chutney and tea.
