Sarson ka saag, the rich and creamy winter delight a good source of vitamin A, iron,calcium,potassium and an antioxidant it boost our immunity and protect us from heart disease, daibeties and constipation.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean and washed mustard leaves then chopped them. Boil into hot water for 5 minutes then strain it under running cold water.keep aside
* Step 2
Heat Desi ghee in a kadhai add cumin seeds when it started splutter add chopped ginger,garlic and green Chilli.then add chopped onion and stir.
* Step 3
Saute until onion turns golden brown, add mustard leaves mix well.
* Step 4
Cover and cook for 6-7 minutes,remove the lid and add chopped tomatoes, and all powder spices.mix and cook until the tomatoes turn soft.
* Step 5
With the help of wooden masher mash it well. Cook on high flame for 4-5 minutes till the water has dry up and oil released. Turn off the flame.dish out the cook saag and add little butter on the top.serve with makki ki roti or paratha.
