Mooli ki sabzi

#Nov #W4 Mooli or radish sabzi is a flavourful sabzi which is prepared by adding basic spices

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean,wash and chopped the raddish with its leave.Take pressure cooker add oil and heat it.add cumin seeds when they crackled add chopped onio and saute until they turn translucent. Now add ginger,garlic and green Chilli. Mix well and saute for 2-3 minute

Now add powder spices saute for a minute and add tomato. Cook until tomato turns soft and oil has released

* Step 3

Add the reddish with leaves.mix again. Pressure cook for 2 whistle.turn off the flame. After that remove the lid cook on high flame for 4-5 minutes. The raddish sabzi is ready to serve
