Stuffed Rava Dosa with shezwan twist

An instant and healthy breakfast with rava dosa with little twist of schezwan chutney give it a awesome taste
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a grinding jar add semolina,gram flour,whear flour and curd then grind together and make fine paste. Transfer this into a bowl.add black pepper and salt mix well add water and mix again cover and keep aside for 10 minutes
Meanwhile take chopped onion and capsicum in a bowl add above spices and mix well.
* Step 2
After 10 minutes take the batter add baking soda and mix gently.if needed add some water.
Heat a dosa tawa then sprinkle little water and oil.spread it with help of tissue then turn the flamw low.take a full ladle of batter pour on the hot tawa. Spread evenly and add little amount of schezwan chutney and spread all over with the help of spatula
* Step 3
Now add 1 tbsp stuffing spread over it and cook on medium flame.when it cooks from bottom side and look crispy rolled it and transfer in plate.prepared all.serve with coconut chutney.
