This tongue tickling ragda patties is famous a street food loved by all.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take boiled and mashed potatoes. Add salt to taste and corn flour mix well and make patties from it.
* Step 2
Take a tawa add oil heat it and shallow fry these patties until they fry golden and crisp. Transfer to a plate.
* Step 3
Now take all ingredients together. Take a serving plate place 2 fried patties and break slightly with a spoon. add boiled white peas to the patties.
* Step 4
Add some green and tamarind chutney. Sprinkle powder spices along with salt then add little chopped green chilies and coriander leaves.
* Step 5
Again add some curd and both chutneys. Sprinkle some Chilli flakes and salt. garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
