Moong & Chana dal cheela

#HBC This daal cheela is combined with Chana and moong daal paste, loaded with lots of veggies and some spices. It is an healthy option for kids lunch box,breakfast or evening snacks.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take soaked dal drain the water and put in mixer jar.add green chillies, mint leaves,ginger,garlic and salt.add little water and make a smooth paste.transfer this into a bowl.

* Step 2

Add Chilli flakes, cumin powder and chat masala, add all veggies.mix well. Check the salt and add little water make a flowing consistency batter

* Step 3

Heat a non-stick tawa.pour a ladle full batter in the middle of tawa spread evenly in a thick circle.cover and cook on low fame for 1 minutes.

* Step 4

Remove the lid when it cook from one side then flip and cook from other side on low to medium flame until it cooked perfectly. Prepared all cheela likewise. Served it with chutney or ketchup.
