Instant Oats egg Omelette

#WMJ2 A healthy breakfast which is Full of fiber, rich in protein and loaded with goodness of vegetables .

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixing bowl take masala oats. I used peppy tomato you can use of your choice. Add 1 cup water mix and keep aside for 5 minutes. meanwhile in another bowl break the eggs beat well and add pepper powder and salt.whisk again.

* Step 2

Now take the soaked oats add beaten eggs with this and chopped veggies.mix all together. If required add some water and make a semi thick batter. Heat a pan brush with oil pour one full ladle of oats batter and spread evenly.cover and cook on low to medium flame for a minute.

* Step 3

When it cook from one side flip it and cook again until it turn golden brown. serve hot.
