Mango Lassi

#SD4 Lassi is a popular traditional dahi-based drink.Mango lassi is a fruity variation of the popular classic sweet Lassi – a summer drink which is good for diabetics, heart and weight loss.

Ingredient

250 gm

yoghurt

2 tbsp

sugar

as required

Few ice cubes

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First peel the mango and take its pulp in a bowl.take yoghurt,sugar and cardamom powder.

* Step 2

In a grinding jar add ice cubes,yoghurt and sugar.blend it for a minute.then add mango pulp and cardamom powder.blend it again.

* Step 3

Take serving glass add some ice cubes pour the mango lassi in the glass.garnish with mint leaves and served chilled.
