Simple yet delicious green peas patties for evening snacks.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan add cumin seeds saute for 30 seconds. Add chopped onion, green chillies and ginger saute until the onion turn light brown. Add mashed green peas. Mix and cook for one minute.
* Step 2
Add all powder spices, salt and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add coriander leaves. Cook for 1 minute. Turn off the flame. Allow to cool it. Make patties from the mixture.
* Step 3
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and shallow fry these patties both side until they turn golden brown.Serve with tomato ketchup.
