On this mother's day I dedicated this recipe to loving mother.she always likes to eat sweet dishshes but she is diabetic patient so I always prepared this kheer for her. This kheer is made without sugar.I used dates to give natural sweetness and it is more healthy and yummy.so those who aur diabetic patients enjoy this kheer .
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a pan add ghee and roast the makhana.transfer roasted makhana in a plate.when it cool grind coarsely in a grinding jar.
* Step 2
Take a kadhai add milk and boil it on high flame for 8-10 minutes.when the quantity of of milk reduced add roasted makhana,cashew and almonds powder.add cardamom powder.stir continuously.add cardamom powder and give it a boil.
* Step 3
Now mashed the date palms and add into milk.cook until it completely mix.after a boil turn off the flame.let it cool.garnish with chopped nuts and serve.
