Curry leaves Tea

#cookpadindia Curry leaves or kaddi patta tea is extremely popular in south India. Being rich in antioxidants, this tea made from curry leaves can help prevent the free radicals from damaging your skin cells. Its antioxidant content also helps to protect the body from any kind of infection and inflammation.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the curry leaves well. In a pan Take water and add curry leaves.bring them to boil. When water started boiling add turmeric powder and ginger.bring it to boil for 2 minutes on medium flame

* Step 2

When it boiled well remove from the flame and strain the tea in 2 cups and add pinch of salt in both cups.

* Step 3

Now squeeze the lemon and add juice.mix with a spoon and enjoy a healthy tea.
