An easy,simple, tasty and crunchy snack served at your next party or for kids.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First take the poha in a strainer wash it very well for 3-4 times then keep aside for ten minutes.
* Step 2
Take a mixing bowl add boiled potatoes, green peas and poha.mix well. now add all the powder spices, coriander leaves, green chillies and salt. Mix all together.
* Step 3
Take medium size balls from the mixture make cutlet as Your desire's shape. prepare all cutlets. take a pan add 2-3 tbsp oil. shallow fry the cutlet from both sides until they turn golden and crisp. Serve the cutlet with tomato ketchup.
