Oats roti is a healthy part of our diet it is incredibly nutritious.Oats are rich in Antioxidants and Contain a Powerful Soluble Fiber and also improve Blood Sugar Control.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
To make oats flour take oats in a grinding jar.grind it and make a fine powder.seive the flour.
* Step 2
In a mixing bowl take oats flour add water and mix to make a dough.this is little sticky. Cover and leave it for 10 minutes to rest. Then make balls from the dough.roll it very gently.
* Step 3
Heat a tawa place the roti on tawa.cook it from one side then flip it.cook both side.serve with any sabzi.
