Black carrot is a healthy vegetable with vibrant colour and tastes delicious.this black carrot halwa is a lip smacking dessert and relished anytime.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First peel,wash and then grated the coconut.put the grated coconut in a pressure cooker.add milk and 1tbsp Desi ghee.mix all cover and pressure cook for 3 whistle.
* Step 2
Take a heavy bottom kadhai add 2 tbsp ghee heat and add cardamom saute few seconds then add the boiled carrot in kadhai.cook on high flame until the milk reduced at this stage add sugar mix well. Cook until the sugar dissolved completely and water evaporate.
* Step 3
Now add khoya, mix well and cooked on high flame until the ghee released and it leave the bottom of kadhai.add dry fruits mix again cook for 2-3 minutes turn off the flame.garnish with dry fruits and serve.
