Burnt Garlic Paneer Balls Rice

An innovative recipe which is very simple,aromatic and flavourful
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Rinse the rice well and soak in water for half-hour. then boil it with salt and add 1 tsp oil. When it cooks strain the water and keep the cooked rice aside. Cut the green chilies into halves and finely chopped the garlic.
* Step 2
Take paneer on a plate add pepper powder, salt Chilli flakes, and refined flour. Mix and mash well to make it smooth. then make small balls from it.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a wok or kadhai add chopped garlic and fry on medium flame until they change light golden remove them from oil. In the same oil fry the paneer balls till they turn golden brown.
* Step 4
Transfer the fried paneer balls to a plate. now add curry leaves and green chilies in the same oil saute them for 30 seconds. Add boiled rice and half quantity of fried garlic and white pepper powder and a little salt. Mix gently.
* Step 5
Add fried paneer balls, coriander leaves, and some more garlic. Mix very gently. turn off the flame. Enjoy the aromatic and delicious rice.
