Aloo baingan sem mixed sabzi

This recipe is cooked with combination of beans and brinjal which gives a different taste.This is my mother's recipe which she always cook in winter.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean and wash the vegetables and chopped them. Heat oil add cumin seeds,asafoetida, broken chillies and chopped garlic.saute until garlic turns light brown. Now add onion and saute until onion turns translucent
* Step 2
Add chopped sem saute 3-4 minutes,add brinjal and potatoes.saute 3-4 minutes again.add ginger garlic paste and tomatoes. Mix and saute 2-3 minutes
* Step 3
Add powder spices and salt.mix and cook for 3-4 minutes on high flame.cover and pressure cook for 2 whistle. Turn off the flame.
* Step 4
When pressure released open the lid add coriander leaves.mix and cook on high flame for 4-5 minutes. Sabzi is ready serve with roti.
