The Indian cuisine has many variations of kheer recipes .Rice kheer is one of the most popular kheer variant for any festive or religious occasion .
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First wash the rice well and keep in a strainer for 15-20 minutes.then grind the rice coarsely in grinding jar.keep aside
* Step 2
Take milk in a heavy bottom vessel. Take out 1/2 cup milk in a bowl then Boil whole milk on high flame then turn the flame medium and boiled it for 10 minutes to reduce its quantity. Take remaining milk add ground rice in it.mix and make sure there has no lumps in it.then add this in the boiled milk keep stirring. Then cooked on low to medium flame for another ten minutes.
* Step 3
Now add sugar and mix well.cooked until sugar dissolved completely.now add chopped dry fruits.switch off the flame.lets cool it.transfer in serving bowls garnish with chopped pistachio,almonds and rose petals.served and enjoy.
