Simple dish prepared with basic ingredients easily available in the kitchen.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take cauliflower cut into florets. Take 2 cups water in a pan add cauliflower florets and 1/2 tsp salt.then put the pan on fire and when a boil comes turn off the flame.drain the water.
* Step 2
Take a pressure cooker.add oil heat it then add cauliflower florets and fried them 3-4 minutes.then transfer in a plate and fry the potatoes in it.
* Step 3
For making ground paste take cumin seeds,coriander seeds,green chillies, ginger,garlic,black pepper corns,and onion.put all ingredients in grinding jar and add little water.grind and make a smooth paste. transfer in a bowl then in the same jar add tomatoes,grind it and make paste from tomatoes.
* Step 4
When potatoes had fried transfer them into plate. Turn the flame low add asafoetida and cumin seeds in the remaining oil.saute 30 seconds add finely chopped onion.saute when it turns light brown add turmeric powder, red Chilli and kashmiri red Chilli powder saute few seconds then add ground paste.mix well.cover and cook for 5 minutes on low flame
* Step 5
Now add tomato paste add salt.mix it.cover and cook again for 3-4 minutes.when oil released add fried cauliflower and potatoes.mix well.cook for 2 minute on high flame.then add 1.5 cups of water.cover and cook for one whistle. Turn off the flame
* Step 6
Released the pressure naturally open the cooker,the sabzi is ready.add coriander leaves give a nice mix.serve the sabzi with roti or paratha.
