Layered square paratha

#lunchbox Very simple,easy to cook and All time favourite in my family which my mom cook for our lunch box and loved by not only us but also loved by our friends in school days.

Ingredient

1 tsp

salt

1 tbsp

oil

as required

Water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl.add salt and oil. Mix with fingers then add water and make a semi soft dough. Make medium size balls from the dough.

* Step 2

Now take one ball roll it like a disc. Apply little oil all over.then fold into half from one side then fold from other side to give a rectangular shape as shown in the pic.

* Step 3

Now fold again from the top into half and then fold from other side that give it a square shape like shown in the given below pic

* Step 4

Dust little flour on rolling board and roll the paratha.heat a tawa and cooked the paratha from one side then flip it. Add 1 tsp oil and fry from both side untill it looks golden.prepare all parathas and served with and sabzi or pickle.
