Pasta with green veggies and schezwan chutney

This recipe is super easy and suits our Indian taste buds prepared with schezwan chutney and basic sauce that gives a fantastic flavour.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take 2 cups water in a vessel add 1 tsp oil and some salt. Let's boil the water. when water is boiling add pasta and cooked untill 70%done.Decant the hot water and pour cold what on pasta to stop further cooking. Keep the pasta aside.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a kadhai. Add chopped garlic saute untill they turn golden brown add sliced onion and green Chilli saute for 2 minute on high flame.add green peas and carrot saute 2 minute.
* Step 3
Add tomatoes and capsicum saute all 2 minutes on high flame. Now add vinegar, all sauce and schezwan chutney.add Chilli flakes, salt and pasta masala.mix all very well.
* Step 4
Now add boiled pasta mix gently cook for 2-3 minutes. Turn off the flame. Serve hot.
