The crispy aloo tikki wrap with noodles give a crunchy taste from outside and melt from inside. loaded with lots of vegetables, and spicy flavour give a amazing flavour
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First clean and wash all the vegetables and put into chopper.chopped all the veggies.transfer in a plate chopped onion in the chopper.madhed the potatoes
* Step 2
Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil heat it.add cumin seeds and asafoetida saute 30 seconds then add finely chopped ginger,garlic and green chillies.saute one minute.now add finely chopped onion. Saute until they turn translucent. Now add all the chopped vegetables. Mix well.
* Step 3
Cooked the vegetables for 2 minutes on high flame. Keep stirring.add mashed potatoes and all powder spices along with salt.mix all together very well cooked for 4-5minute.add chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice.mix it turn off the flame. Let's keep the mixture cool
* Step 4
When the mixture cool take small amount and make tikki from it. Take one tikki and wrap carefully with boiled noodles.
* Step 5
Prepared all tikkis.take a tawa add some oil heat it.place 3-4 tikkis on tawa and fry both side on low to medium flame until they turn golden brown and crisp.
