Curd seeds apple delight

#CookEveryPart #seeds Seeds are great sources of fiber. They also contain healthy monounsaturated fats, polyunsaturated fats and many important vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. When consumed as part of a healthy diet, seeds can help reduce blood sugar, cholesterol and blood pressure. Today I have tried a curd delight with seeds by adding apple and lots of seeds which is not contain only taste but also give a complete healthy and nutritious food.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First in a pan dry roast the flax seeds for 2 minutes or until they splatters.transfer in a plate then add all the remaining seeds and roast them together. Let's cool them.(Take out some roasted seeds for garnishing) then grind the remaining seeds coarsely in mixer grinder

Now remove the apple's skin and grade them into chilled water. whisk the curd in a mixing bowl.strain the water from grated apple and add it into curd.then add honey,3 tbsp ground seeds,cumin powder, cinnamon powder and black salt.mix well together.

* Step 3

Transfer it into serving bowl.sprinkle little cinnamon powder and add roasted seeds and pomegranate kernels.serve this nutritious bowl in breakfast and keep healthy.
