Wheat flour dosa

This time I have tried to make wheat flour dosa to make a healthy version🙂 .
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take wheat flour, suji, curd and salt together in a mixing bowl. Mix well add water, whisk them add chilli flakes and coriander leaves.mix again. If the batter looks thicker then add some water and make a smooth batter. leave it for ten minutes.
* Step 2
Heat a non-stick tawa. Turn the flame low. Sprinkle little water on tawa. Add baking soda in the batter mix again and pour a full ladle of batter on tawa. Spread evenly immediately.
* Step 3
Add little oil, cook the dosa on high flame until it leaves from the edges and turns golden and crisp. Fold it carefully with the spatula. Transfer in a plate. Serve with chutney
