Fish fry is very coomon and easiest starter and .There are various ways of preparing the fish fry using different ingredients and spices.this time I have shallow fry instead of deep fry to make its healthier than deep fry.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First take Coriander and mint leaves and green chillies then grind into a mixer grinder add little Water and make a smooth paste.keep aside.
* Step 2
Wash the fish nicely.in a mixing bowl add ginger garlic paste, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, coriander powder red chilli,1/2 tsp black pepper and Cumin powder.add curd and green paste add salt and lemon juice.mix well then add fish and mix well that marination coated well.keep in the fridge for one hour.
* Step 3
In a mixing bowl add refined flour and corn flour.add remaining turmeric and pepper powder.add salt as taste mix well.now add water and make a semi thick batter.
* Step 4
Heat 4tbsp oil in a non-stick pan.take marinated fish and dip into this batter.then shallow fry on medium heat for 4-5 minutes then flip it and fry for 1-2 minute on other side until they turn golden brown. Fry all the pieces of fish likewise.serve crispy fish fry hot.
