Ginger masala tea is commonly prepared in winter it's help to boost our immunity and the aroma and masala flavour make it more popular to than regular tea
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First take cardamom, cinnamon, pepper corns and cloves in mortal & pastel.and crushed them roughly. Then take ginger and crushed it
* Step 2
In a sauce pan add water and milk then let it boil.when it starts boiling add crushed masala and ginger.then let it boil on simmer for 4-5 minutes.
* Step 3
Now add tea leaves and sugar then boil it for 2-3 minutes.then turn off the flame and with the help of strainer pour into cups.serve with your favourite snacks
