Ginger masala tea

#GA4 #week17 #chia/chai Ginger masala tea is commonly prepared in winter it's help to boost our immunity and the aroma and masala flavour make it more popular to than regular tea

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 cup

water

1 cup

milk

1/2 tbsp

tea leaves

1 inch

ginger

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First take cardamom, cinnamon, pepper corns and cloves in mortal & pastel.and crushed them roughly. Then take ginger and crushed it

* Step 2

In a sauce pan add water and milk then let it boil.when it starts boiling add crushed masala and ginger.then let it boil on simmer for 4-5 minutes.

* Step 3

Now add tea leaves and sugar then boil it for 2-3 minutes.then turn off the flame and with the help of strainer pour into cups.serve with your favourite snacks
