Leftover dal tikki

We usually make paratha with leftover dal but this time I tried different way to use leftover dal.this dal tikki is very simple and tasty
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a wok add one tsp oil heat it add cumin seeds when they splutter add all the veggies. Add all spices and salt as per taste then saute on high heat for 2-3 minutes.
* Step 2
Now turn the flame low add semolina and water mix well all together. Cook 3-4 minutes on medium flame untill the mixture will be combined well and leave the pan. Turn off the flame. Let the mixture cool.
* Step 3
Grease your hands Take some amount of mixture and make medium size balls flat it with your palm to give shape of tikki. Take a pan put some oil heat it and shallow fry the tikkis golden brown on both side on medium flame.
