Paneer sweet balls

#GA4 #week6 # paneer The very unique and very easy recipe which requires few ingredients to prepare it. this recipe gives wonderful taste and very different from other sweet dishes.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First in a pan add water boil it add sugar and cooked untill it dissolve. Boil for five minutes add cardamom powder mix and turn off the flame.chashni is ready.take paneer add powder sugar dessicated coconut,and chopped dry fruits mix well.

* Step 2

Take bread slices dip into bread and press lightly between the palm put some paneer mixture in the middle and seal the edges and give them a round ball shape.prepare all six balls likewise.

* Step 3

Heat oil in a kadahi and fry all paneer balls on medium flame untill they turns golden brown.then put these balls in chashi.leave the balls in chashni for 5-8 min. then transfer in a bowl garnish with dry fruits and dessicated coconut.serve it.
