Vegetables Salad with Black chana and green moong

This salad is full of protein vitamins and fiber.the combination of veggies and chana and moong make it much healthier and complete diet.The carbohydrates in black chana are digested slowly, which reduces the blood sugar levels. Moong prevents oxidation of LDL, keeps the arteries clear and improves blood circulation.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First take the soaked black chana and moong dal.put in a pressure cooker add one cup water add 1/2 salt and boiled it for one whistle.transfer in a bowl.
* Step 2
Now take all vegetables wash them and cut into thin slices.the remaining part of vegetables has finely chopped and keep aside.
* Step 3
In a bowl add chana and moong and finely chopped vegetables.then add salt,cumin powder and chat masala, mix well add lemon juice and mix.
* Step 4
Now take serving plate.put the chana and moong mixture in middle of the plate and arrange all the slices of vegetables around it. Now the healhy salad is ready.
