Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, take 2 tomatoes and grind it in a mixer grinder to make a puri.cut the green chilli and finely chopped the remaining 2 tomatoes.keep aside.
* Step 2
Take a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds and curry leaves. Saute one minute then add tomato puri, red chilli powder and salt.saute for two minutes. Then add chopped tomatoes mix well add little water, cover and cooked for 2 minutes. Then add cooked rice mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
* Step 3
The tomato rice is ready to serve.
