Cool Mix Veg raita

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First cut the onions very finely.then chopped the tomatoes in small size and grated the cucumber. cut the green chilli and coriander leaves. Keep aside.

* Step 2

In a mixing bowl take the curd and beat it nicely. Then add little water and and add table salt and black salt,1/2 tsp red chilli powder and mint leaves.beat the curd again to mix the spices.

* Step 3

Now take half part of chopped onion, tomato and grated cucumber add them into curd and mix well with a spoon. Again add the left veggies, green chilli and sprinkle red chilli flakes, cumin powder and coriander leaves on it. Keep it in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes. The cool mix veg raita is ready to serve
