Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the tomatoes and chopped roughly. Chopped the onion finely and keep aside
* Step 2
Heat a pan add oil and heat it add cumin seeds when it crackers add chopped onion saute it.when onion turns light pink add Nigella seeds, green chillies and tomatoes. Add salt and mix well.cover and cook for 4-5minutes. Stir occasionally.
* Step 3
When tomatoes turn soft and mushy,add all the spices,mix well and cook well untill it becomes soft mash well cooked untill it leaves the pan.turn off the flame. Garnish with coriander leaves.
