Cashew rice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, wash the rice and soaked into two cup water for 30 minutes.

* Step 2

In a pan put ghee and oil together and heat it then add the onion and fry until it turns golden brown. Transfer the onion into the plate.and the fry the cashew when it becomes light brown. transfer it into a plate.

* Step 3

In the same oil add whole spices and saute for 1 minute. Then add ginger garlic paste and saute few seconds then add soaked rice, salt and green chilies. Cover and cook the rice until it done.

* Step 4

When rice is completely cooked add cashew and mix with light hand. Add fry onion and cover it and leave for 5 minutes. Now it's done.
