Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a mixing bowl take flour add salt and 1 tbsp oil and mix well. Mash the leftover sabzi and add into flour then add all the above spices and mix well. Make a semi-soft dough with the help of some water and keep aside for ten minutes to rest.
* Step 2
Now take some portion from the flour and make balls for paratha. Roll it and cook with little oil on both sides.
* Step 3
Serve with tomato ketchup.
