Lauki Raita
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First peel the lauki and remove the seeds wash it and grated with help of grater and take a pan put the grated lauki in it and boil for 3-4 minutes.
* Step 2
Take a mixing bowl and add curd and beat it very finely.then add boil lauki,all dry ingredients and mix very well.add some water to balance the consistency.
* Step 3
Serve in a bowl and garnish with few coriander leaves.
