Schezwan rice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and soaked the rice for half an hour. And then cooked the rice with salt.

* Step 2

Take a kadhai add 3tblspn oil heat it and then add carrot and fry it for 3-4 minutes.then add green peas and capsicum and fry one to two minutes.turn off the flame and transfer the vegetables in a plate.

* Step 3

Now in the same pan add one tbspn oil heat it and then add chopped onion saute for a minute then add garlic and ginger, pieces of green chillies and saute for half minute.on medium flame now add schezwan sauce mix well and add tomato ketchup mix well add the fry vegetables and add pepper powder and some salt.mix all very well, add 2tbspn water and cooking for one minute.

* Step 4

Now take the cooked rice and add in this veggies mixture and mix well.cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame.turn off the flame.garnish with some mint leaves it's optional and serve hot.
