Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pressure cooker and put oil and heat it.then add finely cut sliced onion.and saute till it turns light brown now add whole garam masala and saute for a minute then add ginger garlic paste.and saute few minutes.

* Step 2

Now add the chana Dal and all the powder spices.mix well and add 3/4 cup of water and close the lid. cook it on high flame when one whistle come turn the flame medium and cook the Dal for 10-15 minutes.

* Step 3

Open the lid, Check the Dal when it become soft then cook it for few minutes and stir continue.

* Step 4

Ur dry chana Dal is ready.
