Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a pan, heat it then add desiccated coconut and saute for 2-3 minutes but it's colour does not change.

* Step 2

When it becomes aromat add condensed milk and stir continuously now add milk. Mix well and cook on a medium flame until the entire mixture turns thick and to a mass.

* Step 3

Add cardamom powder and mix.turn off the flame.grease a tray or thali with ghee and Transfer this mixture into tray Press down with a spatula. Sprinkle some nuts. Refrigerate for an hour. Cut coconut barfi to squares and enjoy.
