Okra-Onion Fry

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and cut okra in small pieces.
* Step 2
Cut half of onion into thin slices and half into cubes. Slit green chillies longitudinally.
* Step 3
Heat oil in a pan. Add thinly sliced onion. Saute 1 minute.
* Step 4
Add okra and salt. Mix well. Cover and cook, 2-3 minutes on low flame.
* Step 5
After 2-3 minutes, okra is half done. Add remaining onion.Add red chilli powder also. Cover and cook further 2-3 minutes.
* Step 6
After 3 minutes put off flame. Add amchur powder. Mix well and leave 2-3 minutes.
* Step 7
Okra onion fry is ready to be served. Serve with roti or rice.
