Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut vegetables into pieces.
* Step 2
Add the vegetables to a deep pan. Add salt, bay leaf and pepper corns.
* Step 3
Add 1 litre water.One boil on high flame.
* Step 4
After one boil lower the flame to minimum. Cover and cook for 10 -12 minutes.
* Step 5
After, 12 minutes, put off flame. Mash slightly and sieve the liquir.
* Step 6
Vegetable stock is ready. You may use it in curry, pulao, soups etc.
