Sago has many health benefits and is a highly nutritious food source.Contains carbohytrates,proteins,fiber and minerals.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry roast sago on low flame till crispy. Let it cool. (will make 1/2cup sago flour) Transfer to a grinder and grind to powder.
* Step 2
Cut potatoes in slices,put in a grinding jar.Add green chilli,ginger and grind.
* Step 3
Add to sago flour,add powdered spuces,salt and chopped coriander leaves.Add 1/2 cup water and mix well.
* Step 4
Add rice flour also,mix and leave for 10 minutes.
* Step 5
Make patties of your desired shape.I've given the shape of vadas to the snacks
* Step 6
Fry in medium hot oil till golden and crispy.Serve with desired chutney.
