Date-Almond Smoothie

#Feb #W2 Dates are power pack for human health. In combination with almonds it is awsome. So a glass of date almond smoothie is good option for a healthy breakfast. Here I didn't use sugar and the sweetnes came from dates and resins 😍

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Deseed all the dates. Put in a sauce pan, add almonds and resins also. Add milk.

* Step 2

Heat the sauce pan and bring to boil the milk. Summer the flame and cook for 5-6 minutes on low flame.

* Step 3

Add nut meg powder and cool it at room temperature.

Grind to smooth. Add 1 cup milk or more to your desired consistency.

Por into serving glasses. Serve chilled or warm.
