Refreshing Sago Drink for Ramadan/Summer

Refreshing Sago Drink for Ramadan/Summer

Ingredient

Food ration :

2-3persons

5-7minutes
600 ml

milk

1/4 cup

sugar

2 tbsp

rose syrup

1/4 cup

sago pearls

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and soak sago for 10 minutes. Boil for 6-7minutes till sago is soft. Drain, wash and keep aside.

* Step 2

Take corn starch in a bowl, and add 2 tbsp milk at room temperature. Mix well and keep aside.

* Step 3

Boil milk,simmer the flame, add cornstarch and stir continuously. Add sugar. Cook 2-3minutes.Put off the flame and let it be cool.

* Step 4

When cool pour in a jar/serving mug. Add sago pearls, jelly cubes, and rose syrup. Mix well.

* Step 5

Serving: In a serving, glass adds a few ice cubes, and pour the sago drink over. Serve.
