Ingredient

Food ration :

4 persons

1 cup

rava/suji

1/2 cup

sugar

1/4 cup

milk

2 tbsp

milk powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil milk in a pan,add sugar and saffron strands.Boil for 5 minutes.Add milk powder,cardemom powder and orange food colour.Mix and keep aside.

* Step 2

In another pan,add ghee and heat the pan.Add suji and roast for 6-7minutes on low -medium flame till a nice aroma comes out.

* Step 3

Add chopped almond,mix.Add milk-sugar mixture to the suji.Stir quickly and cook for 2-3minutes till the suji is thick and leaving the pan surface.

* Step 4

Transfer to a greasd thali/tray.Spread evenly.Sprikle almond flakes over it,press slightly.

* Step 5

Keep in fridge for 1 hour to be set.

* Step 6

After 1 hour take out and cut into desired shape.

* Step 7
