Potato Capsicum Dry

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan,fry potato cubes till light golden.Take out and keep aside.

* Step 2

Heat 1 tbsp oil in the same pan,saute onion and capsicum cubes for 2 minutes.Take out and keep aside.

* Step 3

Now add 3 tbsp oil in the pan,add chopped onion and green chillies,fry till golden.Add ginger -garlic paste,2 tbsp water and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.

* Step 4

Add all dry spices exept cumin and pepper powder.Add potatoes and onion -capsicum.Saute for 2 minutes.

* Step 5

Add cumin powder,black pepper powder.Stir and mix well.Add lime juice.

* Step 6

Garnish with ginger julians and coriander leaves.

* Step 7

Serve with paratha,puris,or chapatis.
