An ideal tea time snack and loved by all age groups .The easier to make and tastier to eat.
Ingredient
Food ration :

10-12 minutes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take flour in a bowl, add salt, and both the seeds.
* Step 2
Add oil/ghee and mix for 2-3minutes till flour is crumbled.
* Step 3
Add chilled water little by little to make a stiff dough. Cover and leave for 10 minutes.
* Step 4
Divide the dough into 3 portions, roll into a 1/2 cm thick sheet. Cut into the desired shape.
* Step 5
Heat oil and fry on medium heat till golden.
* Step 6
Take out and aata nimkis are ready to Serve.
