Peanut chikki is a special sweet of winters.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry roast peanuts for few minutes on low flame.Let it cool.
* Step 2
Remove skin of peanut by mashing with hand.Seperates the seeds and skin with the help of a strainer.
* Step 3
Heat a non-stick pan,add ghee and jaggery.Cook on low flame till jaggery melts.
* Step 4
Cook for few minutes,check the accurate consistency.For this pou few drops of jaggery into water.If jaggery strech and does not break,the jaggery is not cooked well to make a chikki.Cook few minutes more on low flame.
* Step 5
Chech again,jaggery is broken in pieces.So at this stage put off flame and add peanuts.Mix well.
* Step 6
Transfer it to a greased board. Flatten with a greased rolling pin.Mark with knife to your desired shape.Let it cool.
* Step 7
Chikki is ready,remove from board.Peanut chikki is ready to serve.
