No Egg French Toast

Ingredient

Food ration :

1/2 cup

milk

1 tsp

sugar

2 tbsp

butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix milk,sugar and custard powder together.Whisk well.

* Step 2

Heat a non-stick pan.Add 1 tsp butter.Dip one slice in custard powder mix,fry on pan for 2 minutes on low -medium flame or till golden brown.Take out.

* Step 3

Fry all slices in same way.

* Step 4

Put the slices in serving plate,dust with castor sugar/sugar powder.

* Step 5

Garnish with cream.

* Step 6

Serve.
